Mailly Law prepares and negotiates the Executive Retention Agreement for the CEO/Founder. Because of its demanding clients, Mailly Law only accepts, on the average, 2-3 new clients per month.
Mailly Law’s experience may be needed before employment (drafting, negotiating, or analyzing agreements), or post-employment (negotiating a severance package or litigating related claims).
